Hey there! I'm Lucy, a Level 4 Pilates Instructor with a background that's taken me from the stage to the mat. As a former professional dancer, Pilates wasn't just a part of my training – it was the backbone. That's why I retrained as a Mat and Reformer Pilates Instructor, eager to share the power of mindful movement with everyone.
To make sure you get the absolute best from our sessions, I've specialised in Pilates for pre and post natal clients, women's health, and orthopaedic conditions.
Whether you're looking for a private session, want to bring energising and mindful movement to your workplace with Corporate Pilates, or are planning a special event (hello, hen dos!), I've got you covered.
My recently launched Pilates for Dancers program is also ready to help you move with grace and strength.
